Happy to announce that I test flew my Sonex N599SX on its maiden flight Saturday afternoon, January 21, 2023. I couldn’t have asked for a better flight! Thanks to Sonex for designing such a sweetheart of a plane, and especially to my wife whose enthusiastic support made it possible to see this project to completion. Now on to the polishing and paint trim!
