Sonex, LLC sells aircraft kits, engines, and accessories for recreational pilots to assemble at home, take to the airport and fly! Sonex provides leadership to the grass-roots homebuilt community to protect the experimental-amateur built rules and cultivate new pilots and airplane builders through educational efforts.
Sonex is happy to employ many versatile team-players who work together in our fast-paced environment to make the customer’s experience the best it can be. As a customer service team member, some duties include:
- Customer order processing
- Customer & internal communication via phone, email, in-person, etc.
- Customer Accounts Receivable
- Data entry
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Many other clerical duties as assigned

- Health Insurance: 100% company paid premium after 30 days of employment
- Retirement Plan: 401(k) is available after one year of service. Sonex contributes 3% of employee wage regardless of employee contribution.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 90 days of service = 3 days, 180 days of service = 5 days additional, 1 year of service = 5 days additional (pro-rated)
