Ordering Procedures

Kit orders must include an original signed Sonex Buyer’s Agreement* and a 1/3 deposit. Your order will not be processed until the Buyer's Agreement and deposit is received. The Buyer's Agreement may be downloaded* from this site and an original copy must be mailed to Sonex Aircraft LLC at the following address (fax or electronic copies not accepted):

All shipping charges are added on a "cost of shipment" basis, and are invoiced separately after your kit has shipped. A 3% fee is added to all credit card purchases over $5,000.  All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. 5% Wisconsin Sales Tax will be applied to all Wisconsin orders and all orders picked up at the factory.

Your deposit will guarantee the price.  Once you order has been received, an estimated shipping date and order confirmation will be supplied, by Sonex via email or US post.

All orders placed via telephone, fax or email must include the item number, description, quantity, and cost.  Please download, print and fill out Airframe Kit Order Form* for fax orders, or use as a reference for e-mail and telephone orders. Kit orders may also be placed online.

Discount Available to Sonex Workshop Attendees

$400 off the kit price if offered to those who attend the workshop.  This offer is available to first-time workshop attendees only, non-transferrable, not good with other discounts.  Offer good for 30 days after attendance.  To find out more about the workshop, view our Workshops page.

Financing Available

Financing is available for Sonex Aircraft Complete Airframe Kits through AirFleet Capital (EAA Aircraft Financing program) and NAFCO.

Waiex and Xenos plans are not available for purchase separate from complete airframe kits.

Sonex Plans are available for individual purchase only to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Customers in all other countries may only build using a Sonex, Waiex or Xenos Complete Airframe Kit
