Titanium Gear Legs and Tail Spring:

Sonex Aircraft are equipped with Titanium Alloy Gear Legs and Tail Springs for maximum durability and shock absorption, simplicity and ease of installation.

Titanium gear legs transfer less landing load to the airframe for improved structural durability of the aircraft.

Those interested in scratch-building the Sonex may purchase the Sonex Titanium Gear Legs without purchasing a complete aircraft kit. Note: Waiex and Xenos are only available as complete kits.
