Sonex laser-cut and formed cooling baffles are included with all Jabiru Engines purchased from Sonex Aircraft, LLC. These cooling baffles are provided for simple FWF installation and for optimized cooling with your Sonex, Waiex, or Xenos.

This baffle design has proven popular for a wide variety of other Jabiru Engine installations in other aircraft. These are available for separate purchase by anyone for $250 and include the very detailed Sonex/Jabiru FWF Installation Manual.
